Our app is designed to help you track anything in your daily life, whether you're working to build positive routines, monitor behaviors, or simply keep tabs on various activities. With the ability to log and report on the frequency and timing of your actions, you gain clear insights into patterns and trends. The app lets you review your activities over daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly timeframes, offering a comprehensive view of your consistency and progress in any area you choose to monitor.
Start by creating a new habit from the home screen by pressing the + button on top. Alternatively, a new habit can also be created from the Settings menu. You can choose an activity name, custom icon, and color for the habit. The habit/activity could be anything that you want to count. It doesn't matter what.
When adding or editing a habit, the app tries to auto-detect whether it's a positive or negative habit, but you can also manually select it. This helps in personalizing your trend summary and reflections based on the type of habit you're tracking.
Once your habits are set up, simply tap on them to log an entry. Each log captures the time and date for easy reference. You can track various habits simultaneously. Long pressing the icon will give options to undo the last log and catch up on missed.
In the Journal section, you'll find summaries of your habit activity over different timeframes (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly). You can see the frequency of your habits and analyze patterns to make improvements or celebrate progress. Toggle the show chart to view them in chart.
By clicking the compare button in Journal screen, you can compare your habits with other habits.
Need to adjust a past entry? In the settings go to the desired habit and press on manually add or delete logs.
If you want to analyze your habit data further, use the export option to download your logs in a CSV format. Exporting from Report: Exports the data of the selected habit. Exporting from Settings: Exports all data.
The trend summary provides insights into your habit patterns over time. It helps you understand your progress and identify areas for improvement. Positive habits are highlighted to encourage consistency, while negative habits are tracked to help you reduce their frequency.
Habits can be sorted based on their order of creation or manually rearranged in the settings. This allows you to prioritize habits that are most important to you.
Focus Mode helps you concentrate on tracking a single habit. Long press any habit icon and select 'Focus Mode' to enter. In this mode: The selected habit appears larger in the center, Current session count and total count are displayed, Tap the habit to increment the count, Use the minus button to undo the last count, Press X to exit Focus Mode. This mode is perfect for habits that require multiple counts in a single session.
